The pressing and sticking department of this machine outputs finished carton box from the paper feeding end .one worker completes the paper feeding and collects the finished carton box , the another worker specially folds and corrects the carton box . Equipment introduction:

 

1. The machine wall panel adopts 45# original flat 12mm high hardness steel plate and is processed by CNC surface grinder to ensure the precision of the work-piece; the main structure is connected by 140# I-beam, and the rest is connected by aluminum profile, thus ensuring the machine Stability; the sprocket is made of 45# material and then quenched by high frequency to extend its service life

2. The main motor power is 2.2KW, the pressing motor power is 550W, controlled by the inverter, and can be adjusted at will; the clamping is 2 sets of 1KW servo motor, the clamping length and speed can be adjusted arbitrarily, making the cardboard intermediate counterpart more accurate

3. The intermediate drive system is driven by a 2.2KW Mitsubishi geared motor, and there is also an electromagnetic clutch and electromagnetic brake as a backup drive
